What Can I do? 

Contribute food on the first Sunday of every month to the collection point at your church.

Volunteer to help in stocking and distributing food supplies at the Pantry.

Give tax-deductible cash contribution to the Pantry. 

Checks should be made payable to BG Christian Food Pantry and mailed to P.O Box 84, Bowling Green, Oh 43402.

Bowling Green Christian Food Pantry stayed open during the COVID-19 pandemic! We helped over 5600 families and continue each day to help the surrounding areas in need. 

Our Mission

The mission of the Bowling Green Christian Food Pantry is to provide food for people in Bowling Green School District who have short-term emergency food needs. We strive to serve those in need in a loving, non-judgmental and compassionate manner.

 

 

History

The Pantry opened its doors on January 4, 1984. Under the sponsorship of the Bowling Green Ministerial Association (BGMA), a task force of area church representative and social agencies worked to establish the organization and its policies. The Pantry received its incorporation as a non-profit organization March 21, 1984.

Monday 1-2:45 pm, Wednesday and

Friday 10 am -11:45 pm
Starting in July, The pantry is open the 2nd Thursday of each Month  from 6-7.  You may use the pantry once every 60 days. Breads and Sweets are available  everyday we are open except 2nd Thursday. Ready to expire/mark down produce is also available on Monday's
